Return Policy


We ship locally via Qxpress. It is a doorstep delivery (also known as standard courier) service for a subsidized fee of $2 regardless of the number of items. 

Orders above S$20 will get complimentary free standard courier. 

We also provide Express same-day delivery at $11.00 for orders above $80 and $15.00 for orders below $20.

We offer international shipping worldwide with traceable and secure delivery. Worldwide orders may be shipped via TNT, Aramex, UPS, DHL Express, or Singapore Post.

All international orders are subject to custom and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on product value. 

These customs fees are not included in your PRESS order and/or shipping total. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Should the customer reject paying the customs duties and taxes, the parcel will be returned to us and the customer will have to bear the full amount of the original shipping and a standard return fee (subjected to the individual's country).


We only exchange for regular-priced items, only allowed within 7 working days from the shipping confirmation. No refunds are allowed.

We sincerely apologize for any manufacturing defects in the items sent, or any incorrect items sent. For defective/incorrect items, please email us at hello@pressstores.com within 4 working days upon dispatch. Your item in question has to reach us within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Your email should include detailed photos of the defect area(s) and your order number for verification purposes. Manufacturing defects refer to defects resulting during the production process and are present upon receiving. Examples of manufacturing defects are: one pocket is non-existent, zip is not sewn, the lining has been sewn together.
