Exchange Policy

Defects
- We sincerely apologize for any incorrect or defective items received.
Please PM us snapshots of any defects, within 7 days upon receipt, in its original packaging and tags.

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept any return/exchange of the defective item if we are not notified within the stipulated time frame.

Wear and tear or damage caused by wearing/washing/ironing will not be considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions
- Pre-order (PO) orders cannot be canceled once processed and strictly no exchange or refund will be allowed.
- Intimates, bralets, socks, accessories, belts, bags, and shoes are not applicable for exchange.

Things to note
- All items must be in their original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
- Sizes are subject to availability. Please check with us at the point of exchange.
- All measurements are subjected to ±1-2cm difference. This will not be considered a defect.
- Slight color variations are expected due to lighting.
- Printed items may look different due to print placement.
- We do not offer refunds and credit notes.
